Rehab exercise

Progressive exercises that build strength and control where your body needs it, taught in the clinic and sent to your phone.

Who it’s for

Anyone who wants results that last between visits, especially after sports injuries or recurring back pain.

Dry needling

Thin, sterile filament needles placed into tight trigger points to help release muscle tension. Performed only by trained doctors, and only with your consent.

Prenatal & pediatric care
