Neck pain often comes from small joints and muscles that have been held in one position too long, hours at a laptop, a bad night’s sleep, a long drive. Sometimes it follows a sudden strain. Many patients notice easier movement within a few visits when we combine careful adjustments with posture and strength work.

What it feels like

Stiffness when you turn your head, a knot at the base of the skull or between the shoulder blades, aching after screen time, or pain that travels toward the shoulder.

How we help

We check how your neck, upper back and shoulders move together, then treat the stiff links and strengthen the tired ones.

  • Low-force adjustments and mobilization of the neck and upper back

  • Soft-tissue work for the upper shoulders and base of the skull

  • Deep neck flexor exercises that take five minutes a day

  • A screen, desk and pillow setup that fits you

Common questions

Is a neck adjustment safe?

Serious complications are rare. We screen every patient first, explain what we recommend, and use gentle, low-force techniques whenever they suit you better.

What if my arm tingles?

Tingling or weakness in the arm can mean a nerve is involved. We test for it and refer you if you need a medical workup.

What pillow should I use?

One that keeps your neck level with the rest of your spine. Bring a photo of yours and we’ll talk it through.
